Each of our Campus Connect Private Residence Halls participate in UW-Madison's Private Housing Connections (PHC) Program. The program focuses on the unique needs of the first year and transfer student and is designed to keep all students, regardless of where they live, connected to the academic and personal support programs and services offered by the University.
Only properties that agree to operate their facilities in a manner reflective of the core University values may enter into the program. This includes maintaining a safe and comfortable residential living environment and a welcoming and inclusive climate.
The PHC program also ensures that, through UW-Madison orientation sessions, and other in-depth training programs, our on-site Resident Assistant staff is well-versed in issues concerning student health services; safety and security; and crisis management and response techniques.
We are proud of our collaboration with UW-Madison and make full use of the benefits this program provides to the students living in our halls.
"Living at Lucky101 was even better than I thought it would be. It's nice to be in the center of it all. I liked it here so much I decided to stay for another year!"
- Ali Bernards, Lucky101 Resident
